Welcome home to "Sunshine Escape", a desired 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome in Brookshire Bath & Tennis neighborhood in Fort Myers, conveniently located to all wonderful sights and scenes the town has to offer!

This recently updated home boasts fantastic vaulted ceilings and bright, airy natural light to greet you upon entry bringing the Florida sunshine in. The entire home was just recently renovated throughout and decorated with relaxing, beach-style vibes! The main floor is shared by an updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The living room opens up to the spacious outdoor patio and enclosed 2-story screened lanai. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and showcases an en-suite bathroom and a private entrance out to the lanai. Two guest bedrooms are located on the top level, with queen beds arranged in each bedroom and the private guest quarters share a spacious bath. This is the perfect tropical escape you've been waiting for!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 3 Queen beds and a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 3 Smart TVs (streaming only), free WIFI, large outdoor screened lanai/deck, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, assigned parking. NO Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella are provided for added convenience. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Brookshire Neighborhood amenities include: 2 heated community pools, hot tub, renovated clubhouse, gym with saunas, tennis courts, racket ball court, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, volleyball sand pit court, basketball court, covered picnic area with BBQs, and a playground area for children. All community amenities are transferable to renters for use during your stay.

Please note: Rentals in the Brookshire Bath and Tennis community require a 30 day minimum rental period per HOA rules and regulations. ALL interested parties are required to be screened in advance and approved by the HOA board. This requires completion of their application fee, coincidental questionnaire and background processing (which will require an additional fee). Please allow 14-21 days prior to your intended arrival for the forms to be provided and processed. Reservation confirmation is subject to board approval.

    It was good. We are use to Sanibel but could not return to CasaYbel yet this year. Too busy for us with traffic on Daniel’s parkway. Ok where the rental was.
