The top floor of the home allows access to the master suite quarters with an en-suite bathroom and private deck off the master bedroom and a the 4th bedroom is shared on this floor as well. New chair lifts have been installed externally from the pool area up the back staircase and internally from the main living floor to the top (3rd) floor for easier access as needed. This beautiful home also comes equipped with a heated pool, a large fenced in yard, and tasteful lawn and landscape designs. Easy access to the nearby bike paths makes riding the island-wide trails accessible and convenient. Pets Considered (Dogs only, 2 MAX). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
