This private, beachside cottage is tucked back in the upscale Gulf Shores neighborhood off a dead-end street with a short walk to your own secluded beach. Five houses down from this home is where you'll find the conveniently located path that leads you directly out to the Gulf of Mexico! Your new "private" beach is free of any adjacent condos or public lots so you can really enjoy it's calming tranquility and many quiet afternoons among the sand and sea. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated along with new beautiful hard wood floors throughout the main living area. Sit poolside and enjoy your large screened lanai for your morning coffee, an afternoon swim, and the evenings dining alfresco. You'll certainly enjoy the quiet serenity of your new home!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 1 Full bed (sleeps 6), 2 TVs, free WIFI, heated pool, large enclosed lanai & partially covered patio space, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. NO Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

  This was our second year at this house and it was great. The location and layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is ideal for up to 6 people. We would like the outdoor dining by the pool to easily fit 6 people. Currently it only works for 4. The staff at SBL are fantastic and always ready to assist with any issue. They had to do battle with comcast after a wire went down which is never easy.

  This is the first time that we have stayed at this house but have visited the island for many years. The location was great and the house covered all of our needs. Having the 3rd bathroom was a plus. Fewer knick knacks would make it easier to keep the home clean.

  We had a terrific stay at Island Paradise. The home/location was comfortable and well decorated - perfect for the needs of our group of retired friends. Since we love to cook, we were especially pleased to find that the kitchen was well provisioned. We also really appreciated the staff at SBL; they were all so courteous and professional.   This home is beautifully decorated. It has a very nice pool deck and pool, a cozy front porch and a porch for grilling.The beach is a short walk and it is a very clean and private beach. The house is on a quiet street and has a neighborhood feeling. We also liked that the house was on one level and no stairs. We did miss not having access to a garage for our car.
