Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, large heated pool, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets Considered (1 Dog up to 40 lbs MAX Only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

  We loved charming chert. Cozy and comortable with everything we needed. The large back yard and beautiful pool area are a highlight with sunlight streaming in most of the day! And what a sweet neighborhood, perfect for walking and so close to the beach!

  We loved the house, great pool, and privacy fenced back yard. The updated kitchen was great with excellent utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Sanibel Vacation staff was great! So nice and helpful.

  Great Pool and location.... the house needs some updating. Especially the master bathroom. The owner has begun the process in the kitchen and dressing area. Living room furniture could use some help.... the overstuffed recliner chairs were not comfortable and toooooo large for that room. Master Bedroom mattress should be replaced and firmer. They could remove some things to make more room overall. But, SBL Vacations was great in their attention and service. We had a good month vacation.
