You'll feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath classic style home located in the tranquil Seagull Estates community at the end of a cul-de-sac that provides added privacy. The home has recently been updated with new fresh paint and all new furniture & furnishings throughout. Upon entering this home you'll be greeted with vaulted ceilings, beautiful french doors and the sweet, cheerful Florida sunshine coming in from every angle. The home boasts a brilliant open floor plan with easy access from the living room, to the dining & kitchen area, and also opens up to two separate screened lanais which allows you to bring the outside in! The main living floor is also shared with the two guest rooms and a communal bathroom. The stairs lead up to the private master suite which include more vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, an attached master bathroom with a separate shower, a deep soaking tub, large closet, and best of all... The in-suite rooftop sundeck where you can enjoy the peaceful partial views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding nature! The house is just a few steps from the community pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse and it is only a short 4 minute walk to the deeded beach access located on West Gulf Drive just across the street from the community entrance. The shell strewn beaches and the Gulf of Mexico are right at your fingertips! Come enjoy all the great island conveniences this home has to offer!!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 2 twin beds (sleeps 6), 4 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, community pool, 2 screened lanais, partial Gulf views from rooftop sundeck, vaulted ceilings, deeded beach access, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, electric car outlet. Pets Considered (1 Dog, Under 40 lbs ONLY). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

    We had another great month in Sanibel at Gone Coastal. As usual SBL was very responsive and all the people we dealt with were kind and professional. We are looking forward to next year as we understand a new kitchen will be installed.

    There were several positives about our stay. The house is in a great neighborhood and location. Beach equipment is provided. The beds were all comfortable. The property management team was professional, friendly and responsive. As far as constructive criticism, the house could use some updating, primarily the kitchen and bathrooms. Pots and pans need to be replaced. A few maintenance items should be addressed: loud HVAC unit (right outside MBR), fixing the ice maker and replacing interior and exterior lightbulbs. Also, the Master bedroom could use a sofa or chair for reading and relaxing,

    The owners and the management company provided everything one would need! Comfort in every room, well equipped kitchen, two screened in porches, and only 1500 steps to the beach via a designated private walkway. West end location had less traffic on roadways and bicycle path, but only 5 minutes away from two great local grocery stores and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy!
