Welcome home to Oasis Inn, a desired 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex home in The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club neighborhood & conveniently located near the Sanibel causeway for easy on/off island access.

This recently updated island home boasts fantastic vaulted ceilings and bright, airy skylights to greet you upon entry bringing the Sanibel sunshine in. The entire home was just recently refurnished throughout and decorated with brand new beach-style, nautical decor for that real island-living feel! The main floor is shared by an updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The living room opens up to the spacious back deck and screened lanai that is truly an ideal entertaining space with western views that overlook the beautifully landscaped, private yard. The master bedroom is also located on the first floor and showcases a king bed with an ultra-comfortable memory foam mattress, an in-suite sitting area, and a private entrance out to the deck area. The master bathroom is beautifully appointed with abundant storage and double sinks. Two guest bedrooms are located on the top level, one queen bed in one room and two twins in the other, all with their own memory foam mattresses as well. These private guest quarters share a spacious bath.

The Dunes is a public 18-hole golf and tennis club with pool, restaurant, golf pro shop and tennis pro shop. All renters of this beautiful island home have full use of the clubhouse and heated community pool. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals and visitors. The clubhouse offers full service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve. (Please note: Golf and tennis are not included with the rental of this home and will require an additional fee to be paid to the Dunes Club directly).

This home has a highly sought-after location that will allow for many options for beach/water access nearby. The deeded beach access is located at the end of Lindgren Blvd on East Gulf Drive just west of the Sanibel Inn -- only a 16 minute walk or a quick 5 minute bike ride away. There is limited parking available there to access by car. In addition to the deeded access you can also quickly walk, ride, or drive to the Bay entrance at the end of Bailey's Road great for fishing or kayaking, the Sanibel Causeway Island B (closest to Sanibel) for stellar sunsets, and the Lighthouse Beach (at the most Eastern point of the island) for a bit of history, use of the new fishing pier, and fun dolphin watching.

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds & a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 8), 4 flat screen TVs, free WIFI, heated community pool & clubhouse, large outdoor screened lanai/deck, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, 3 bicycles for use, covered parking. Pets considered (Small dogs under 25 lbs. only, larger dogs considered on a case-by-case basis). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella are provided for added convenience.

    The house was beautiful and clean and private. The management company were very responsive when we had a wifi issue in the house. They had Comcast come and they fixed it by running a new line. Loved cooking out on our deck and just jungle back there, so nice and private. We did have a few coyote sitings in the yard, but we learned they are common and not to leave pets alone. They kept their distance but they were there! The deck was up high, so no problem with nature! Took many beautiful walks to the Causeway Beach with the dogs. Just 10 minute walk at most.
    Nice 2.5 running loop on Sandcastle Rd. for me. 5 minutes to Periwinkle and all shops and restaurants on our bikes. No need for a car! Can't wait to go back!

    We stayed at this home for a month and loved every minute of it. Just a few minute walk to the bay and bike ride to the beach. Dishes could have been cleaner when we arrived and none of the bedroom or bathroom doors have locks, which took us by surprise. That said, the management company was incredibly responsive and friendly to any issues that came up. We would happily rent from them again!

    We had a wonderful month in this property. The location was great for accessing Periwinkle Road, and getting on and off the island easily. We could bike to the main beach in 5 minutes, and walk to a small beach overlooking the causeway in less than 5 minutes. We biked daily. Pictures of the property were accurate, it was well presented and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the large back deck and the enclosed patio area; the glass doors open fully and in essence double the size of the living room. Master bedroom was very spacious with a nice office area on the side. Bathrooms were updated. We had 6 people in the house for 3 weeks, and 8 people for 1 week. It was a bit cramped for 8 people, as 2 were sleeping on the living room pull out sofa which was not ideal. But was very comfortable for 6. We would stay at this home again, and loved the location.

    We had a great time staying at this house in Sanibel. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The house was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped with anything you would need, and a very convenient location on the island. We would definitely stay there again!
