Pointe Santo B23

UPDATE: Concrete Repairs are currently underway at Pointe Santo from October 13, 2025 - January 23, 2026 with potential delays possible. Projected schedule is Building A from 10/13-11/18, Building B from 11/9-12/5, Building C from 12/8-12/24, & Building D from 1/1-1/23. Heavier noise will occur at the start of work on each building and other noise related disruptions may be possible at various times throughout the project and may affect the entire complex.

Welcome back to Pointe Santo— we are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting reservations! At this time, the complex is offering the majority of its amenities including the beach access, community pool & hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, and community grill use. Please note that some amenities such as clubhouse activities may not be accessible. All elevators are currently operational. Some construction is still taking place within the complex and in nearby units.We will provide updates as we receive new information from Pointe Santo. *Rental rates have been discounted to reflect on-going complex construction and pending amenities for the 2025 summer season*

Welcome to Pointe Santo B23, the perfect retreat for your island vacation. Ideally located and thoughtfully appointed, this fully equipped condo offers comfort, style, and beautiful water views, making it an excellent choice for both families and couples. The primary bedroom includes a luxurious King bed, a private en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a step-in shower, and direct access to the screened lanai where you can enjoy calming views of the water. The second bedroom is furnished with a Full bed and a Twin bed, with a separate guest bathroom located nearby for added privacy and convenience. This condo has been recently upgraded with remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, stylish plank-style flooring, fresh paint, and new furnishings, offering a fresh and modern feel throughout. Pointe Santo’s central location puts you within easy reach of local shops and restaurants, whether you choose to explore by foot or by bike. From the moment you arrive, Pointe Santo B23 offers a turnkey experience with everything you need to relax, unwind, and feel right at home on the island. Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Full bed & 1 Twin bed (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming & cable), WIFI available, shared heated pool & hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis & pickleball courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

  The condo was perfect, we had to teenage granddaughters with us this trip. Everything was wonderful, the condo was roomy and fun for four people.The ladies wanted a large roasted chicken for Thanksgiving dinner and here there was a slow cooker/roaster in the cupboard to make one for us all.They road their bikes to Baileys to get 'a better' potato peeler:-) which we left. One of the girls works at a meat market and would of peeled 100 plus pounds of potatoes on that Wednesday had she been at work, a bit of an expert!!! The entire week went like that, everything we needed the condo had. Thank you for a great vacation.

  Clean, convenient and contactless during covid! This condo was perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants , nature trails and a stones throw to the beach! My Mom, who is 85, especially appreciated the screened in lanai and the easy beach access. The resort has many amenities that we didn’t even take advantage of but will next time! We felt very “safe” her in this clean unit. The beds were comfortable, it’s a well appointed unit and exactly as described and pictured. We will definitely rent here again !

  The Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was clean and decorated beach style and the beds were comfortable. Sanibel is a beautiful Island with lots to do. We rented bicycles for a day and we went on a boat to another Island and saw dolphins. The pool was great and the beach was Awesome! Great vacation place. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. What is in the Condo is limited and the cheap stuff. If you smoke the designated areas are sand flea pits and they will eat you alive so bring bug spray.

  Unit needs to be updated. Location was good. Time spent in the pool for adults is only 2 hours a day and then rest of time is for children. Not too much time for adult swim. The building needs to have some updates on the outside as well.

  This was a very relaxing vacation. I took my mother (83) who cannot walk long distances and we were able to push her wheel chair on the brick path to the beach and then she could walk to the water. We also loved the gas grills so we were able to grill out and not have to dress to go out after staying in the ocean all day. Our unit had everything you needed! The only thing I can complain of is the cheap paper towels and toilet paper. It would be nice to have two rolls of paper towels.

  Pointe Santo is a great location for a vacation in Sanibel. The pool and hot tub are great and the beach is right there. The unit is very nicely maintained. It is clean and fresh. Love the complex and the beach is awesome for shell collectors. Sanibel/ Captive is like going back in time - If you can't relax here you won't relax anywhere. My favourite place on Earth !!!   We absolutely loved our stay at Pointe Santo. It was our first time vacationing in Sanibel, and we can't wait to visit again. The location of this resort is perfect. We could walk to the beach in a mere five minutes. The resort's on-site clubhouse was an added bonus, featuring multiple fun activities for the kids. (Painting suncatchers was a big hit!)
  
  As for the condo, it offered everything we needed, right down to a fully stocked beach closet with chairs and beach toys. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived, which was a welcome sight after two days of driving! I can't think of a single complaint. The entire family loved it!
  
  Be sure to check out Finnimore's Cycle Shop for great prices and selection on bike rentals. Finally, dinner at The Bubble Room in nearby
  Captiva is a must.

  This was the cleanest vacation rental I ever step foot into. Props to housekeeping! Because it was spotless! The view was breathtaking! Nice big open floorplan with plenty of space. Tons of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. I fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Including paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper. There is no need to pack extra consumable products. The management team awesome! They even allowed us to check in early. You just have to let them know ahead of time to make sure they let housekeeping go to your rental first.Thanks for a fabulous vacation!
