While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and grills are unavailable, and the beach boardwalk may not be completed by the time of your visit. We expect these amenities to be restored by mid to late 2025, though the exact timeline is still pending. In the meantime, guests can access the beach via a side path through Sanibel Surfside, leading to the Donax St. beach access. Please reach out to confirm pool access and any pending updates to the Sanibel Surfside complex. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to restore these amenities, and we look forward to providing you with a full Surfside experience soon! Please note that discounted rates are reflected for the foreseeable future while these amenities are still incomplete.

Located mid-island in Sanibel Surfside in the heart of Sanibel Island near shell-strewn beaches, miles of bike paths, and nearby shopping and restaurants! Upon entering the condo you are greeted with a spacious open floor-plan combining the living & dining room and shared kitchen space. Your eyes will be immediately drawn to the beautiful beach backdrop and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico in the near-by distance.
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, 1 Twin bed & a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
