Welcome back to Pointe Santo— we are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting reservations! The completion of the pool is anticipated for mid March 2025, assuming there are no delays. Some construction is still taking place within the complex and in nearby units. All elevators are currently operational. At this time, the complex offers limited amenities, including the beach, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Please note that some amenities, such as clubhouse activities, the hot tub, and community grills, may not be accessible. We will provide updates as we receive new information from Pointe Santo.

Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds & a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, rooftop sun deck, shared heated pool & hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
