Located just minutes from deeded beach access on Middle Gulf Drive, you’ll enjoy effortless trips to Sanibel’s world-famous shelling beaches. The home also sits within the Sanibel Island Golf Club community, offering a quiet, scenic neighborhood ideal for biking, walking, and soaking in the island lifestyle. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or simply enjoy the view, Beach Walk offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and coastal charm.

Home amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds (plus 1 additional trundle bed in guest bedroom) & 1 pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 7), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai with river views, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 7 people.

  House had a great floor plan. Rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The patio and pool were a great place to relax and swim. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but was conveniently located to beach, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen could be better furnished with cooking utensils, dishes, knives, etc. The tile floors were difficult to keep clean, but that may be true for most places in coastal FL. Overall a positive experience.

  Great location and pool. We walked to the beach for sunset nearly every night and enjoyed the trails and golf. The home is comfortable and it’s easy to take advantage of the great outdoor spaces.
