The Dunes is a public 18-hole golf and tennis club with a pool, restaurant, golf pro shop, and tennis pro shop. All renters are able to purchase the use of The Dunes Pool & Tennis membership & clubhouse for an ADDITIONAL FEE paid to the Dunes directly. Golf is NOT included and will require an additional fee to play. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals, and visitors. The clubhouse offers full-service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve.

This home has a highly sought-after location that will allow for many options for beach/water access. The deeded beach access is located at the end of Lindgren Blvd on East Gulf Drive just west of the Sanibel Inn -- only a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride away. There is limited parking available at the deeded beach access and at the beach/bay access. In addition to the deeded access you can also quickly walk or ride to the Bay entrance at the end of Bailey's Road great for fishing or kayaking, the Sanibel Causeway Island B (closest to Sanibel) for stellar sunsets, and the Lighthouse Beach (at the most Eastern point of the island) for a bit of history, use of the new fishing pier, and fun dolphin watching.

Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 8), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool & spa, spacious outdoor patio, deeded beach access, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

  Castle by the sea was a wonderful house. It worked very well for us and guests that we had from time to time. Any issues we had with the house were addressed efficiently by SBL.
