Mariner Pointe #1022 is the perfect bay-side retreat with an ideal location and is fully equipped with everything you'll need including a view! This updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd story condo is your new home away from home and is sure to please on your next island vacation. You'll be greeted with stunning bay front water views and the Sanibel Causeway where you can spot manatees and dolphins playing and ospreys and eagles flying high. The master suite boasts those same great views, a King sized bed, and a large updated bathroom. The guest bedroom offers 2 Twin beds and the 2nd bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the condo for more privacy. Sit back and relax in your screen and glass enclosed lanai area where you can spend your days enjoying all the beauty that Sanibel has to offer!

Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway and is close to nearby beaches, bike paths, shops & restaurants. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, two all-weather tennis courts, a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, shuffleboard, reserved parking, deeded beach access and an easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), 2 TV's, DVD/VHS player, free WIFI & cable, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, public dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. No elevator access. No Pets allowed.

Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.

Bicycle, Kayak, & Paddleboard rentals available through our SBL Outfitters division. Free delivery and pick-up available to our guests. Call us today for more information for the best rates on the island!

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

**All rentals for a Mariner Pointe unit that are 30-DAYS OR MORE will require our guests to complete a screening application and provide a signed Sanibel Vacations rental agreement to the Mariner Pointe Association, so that they may conduct their own background and credit check on the applicants in advance of their arrival to Mariner Pointe. **

    Absolutely lovely property. Extremely clean, amazing view, and overall just a great experience. Customer service leading up to and throughout the stay was awesome. We love Sanibel and definitley want to stay here again!

    This place was truly amazing. The location is perfect, off of the main road for minimal noise while still being a short drive to stores and beaches. Late evening walks almost always resulted in a close up dolphin siting, and the scenery is beautiful! The apartment was spotless, and the stocked beach items were very much appreciated. We had no complaints and would definitely recommend this place! We can't wait to come back!

    I rented #1022 for 2 weeks. I wasn't disappointed. Comfortable furnishings, full equipped kitchen, absolutely great view of the bay. I saw dolphins everyday, manatees, pelicans & cormorants. Access to the causeway a few blocks away. Management helpful and easy. Would return.

    1022 Mariner Pointe was a good location, clean conditions, and a nice layout. Enjoyed the double wide screen door, which provided a great view and was a great spot to sit. Have stayed at Mariner Pointe in multiple sites, will definitely return.

    We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. We felt very at home. Our favorite part was probably morning coffee and breakfast in the lanai overlooking beautiful San Carlos Bay.
