Welcome to "Once Upon A Tide", your new Sanibel Island getaway!! Featuring brand new renovations completed in January 2020, this beautiful custom built home boasts brand new tile & carpet throughout along with all new bedding and furniture and inviting new wall paint to match! The stunning European inspired, modern style kitchen showcases new cabinets and top of the line appliances, including 2 Bosch Compact Speed Ovens & a state of the art Miele Induction stove top with all necessary cookware provided.

Once Upon A Tide offers 4 bedroom & 3 bathrooms and is located in the Beachview Country Club Estates neighborhood. The home comes equipped with a Sonos system, a wireless home sound system, great for streaming all your favorite music apps. The living room TV is hooked up to the local cable company, the master bedroom TV has Roku, and the guest rooms are equipped with an Apple TV for all your streaming pleasures. The home offers a spacious floor plan, cathedral ceilings, large enclosed lanai, eat-in kitchen, a pool table, tons of natural light & so much more! The master bedroom offers King bed and direct access to the lanai, a sitting area, walk-in closets, garden tub, separate shower and his & her sinks. The 3 guest bedrooms allow for sleeping up to 8 people max in the home with 2 Queen beds & 2 Twin beds. An easy access staircase from the upper deck leads you down to an oversized patio area for sunning around the pool as well as large shaded lounging area with an additional outdoor dining table. This outdoor space is designed for maximum entertainment & overlooks lush landscaping for privacy. Come to Sanibel and make this home your tropical paradise!

Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 8), 4 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai & covered outdoor deck, remodeled & fully equipped kitchen, one garage bay available, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. NO Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

  It was great just a problem with the air conditioning. It was very noisy and broke for 2 days. The house was really nice and the swimming pool big !

  This home was perfect for us. It was beautiful, well designed and laid out, clean, and well prepared for our visit. The pool and pool area were especially enjoyable, as was the area overlooking the pool. The walk to the beach was easy and we made the walk 2-3 times a day. Additionally this is a nice safe neighborhood. We had occasion to talk to Anne and Julie and both were congenial and helpful. The period to rent again in one year expired on us; otherwise we would return in 2025.

  We had a great time. Weather was awesome, activities were mostly figuring out which beach or nature spot to visit and the location was superb. The pool was very nice. It would have been more convenient to have a bathroom on the first floor. The appliances and kitchen essentials were more than expected and excellent all around. Only the master bed was a little hard but our guests liked the other beds.

  great, had use of the garage, the outside grill new and supplied with protane, would be a excellent place for large family. We had the ability to have our whole family at one time but schedules of them did allow more than 2 at a time to be there. The management is excellent.Everything a large family would need was available.
