Loggerhead Cay 331

This beachside beauty boasts all the conveniences of home for your next island vacation! Unit #331 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground level, condo and is located just steps to the beach! The master bedroom offers a King bed, nice en-suite bathroom, and direct access out to the screened lanai. The guest room features 2 Twin beds with a separate bathroom, a gorgeous newly remodeled kitchen and comfortable living & dining room area. This condo comes equipped with a washer & dryer and a fully stocked kitchen for your added convenience. So pack your bags and get ready for the vacation of your dreams!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), 3 Smart TVs (Cable & streaming), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated community pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. NO PETS Allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

  We recently had a very pleasant and relaxing three week stay in Loggerhead Cay #331. Condo is stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sanibel Vacations was very easy and helpful to work with. We selected #331 because we needed the ground floor unit. It is on the far end of the complex. Other units are much nearer to beach.

  It was very nice I will go again for sure, but the mattress have to be change all 3, the lazy boy not confortable, really also the cleaning not the best, in the kitchen we had everything we need and clean

  I am so glad we opted to stay on Sanibel instead of Ft. Myers. There were more people than we are used to on Sanibel due to it being spring break, but nowhere near as bad as Fort Myers was.

  We were very satisfied with this condo. It was very clean & comfortable. We loved the sunny, beach decor! Having a recliner as well as the couches was a definite plus. Our primary reason for this rental was that it is dog friendly - an increasingly rare find on Sanibel! Price was comparable with other rentals in the high season.

  This was a beautiful unit in our favorite Sanibel complex. Clean, well laid out, and a dream vacation kitchen! We loved the proximity to the pool, beach, and grills. Our only complaint was that the complex was so busy, there were a few times our assigned parking place was occupied by a guest. Fortunately it all be worked out.

  The unit had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect, so much so that we even decided to stay an extra week! The property itself is perfectly situated on the island & the layout is ideal for Pool and beach access. The fact that it is pet friendly makes it almost perfect. The living room could use a new couch and the master mattress was quite firm for my taste but I’m just nitpicking. Overall I’d give it a 9 out of 10!
