Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway and is close to nearby beaches, bike paths, shops & restaurants. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, two all-weather tennis courts, a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, shuffleboard, reserved parking, deeded beach access and an easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin bed & a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 2 TV's, DVD player, free WIFI & cable, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, private front door condo entrance, public BBQ gas grills, public dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. No elevator access. No Pets allowed.

Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

**All rentals for a Mariner Pointe unit that are 30-DAYS OR MORE will require our guests to complete a screening application and provide a signed Sanibel Vacations rental agreement to the Mariner Pointe Association, so that they may conduct their own background and credit check on the applicants in advance of their arrival to Mariner Pointe. **

    We thought the condo was very nice!!!! The view was to die for!!! The only complaint we had was the king size mattress . It was not comfortable! Needs to be replaced. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!!

As for the king mattress, we will certainly make a note of it, however, being that mattresses are so selective and work differently for everyone it is hard to update them due to one review.     The condo was in beautiful condition except for one thing. There was not fan in one of the bathrooms. Otherwise, anything I looked for to cook any type of meal was available. The condo was supplied very thoughtfully. I really appreciated everything the owners did to make it a comfortable stay. Since there is tile throughout, my husband and I thought it would be nice to supply a couple of yoga mats because we do floor exercises everyday at home. This would be a nice addition to the condo.
    This was our first stay on the bay side of the island. For 30 years we rented on the gulf side right on the beach. It was so refreshing to experience a different view and surroundings. We rode our bikes so much more than previously. We will definitely be back!
    Sanibel Vacations could not have done a better job with their attention to detail and service. This was the first time we booked through SBL. Thumbs UP all the way! Loved when we checked in our condo to find flowers and a bar of homemade soap waiting for us.
