The guest bedroom offers 2 Twin beds with new mattresses and a separate, private guest bathroom and plenty of space throughout the condo for the whole family to enjoy. Come bask in the endless indulgences this unit has to offer including lots of natural light, new charming beach decor throughout, and the peaceful canal and side bay views allowing for the most relaxing island retreat. Full condo renovations include new plank tile flooring, a gorgeous chef's kitchen with new appliances, and brand new bathrooms! Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway and is close to nearby beaches, bike paths, shops & restaurants. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, two all-weather tennis courts, a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, shuffleboard, reserved parking, deeded beach access and an easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), 2 TV's, DVD player, free WIFI & cable, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, public dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. No elevator access. No Pets allowed.

Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

**All rentals for a Mariner Pointe unit that are 30-DAYS OR MORE will require our guests to complete a screening application and provide a signed Sanibel Vacations rental agreement to the Mariner Pointe Association, so that they may conduct their own background and credit check on the applicants in advance of their arrival to Mariner Pointe. **

    We were very pleased with our stay at Mariner Pointe, Unit 732. It was remodeled with high end furnishings and design. We would consider renting this unit again. We were also very pleased with Sanibel Vacation, Inc and their diligence in responding to a couple small inconveniences. They answer the phone at any hour and sent help immediately. This is huge when on vacation!!

    The grounds were beautiful. Easy access to beach and kayaking. One of the pools heaters wasn’t working, so that was a bummer. Condo was very clean and updated. The WiFi in the condo worked for 2/7 days we were there. Not a huge issue, but would’ve been disastrous had our children been there. The ice maker produced 10 cubes a day, we used coolers for the pool/beach, had to improvise. Maybe add a kuerig coffee maker, would’ve been nice.

    We visited in January for a celebration and this was a lovely unit. location was great, loved the boat/bay/canal, and the unit was sparkling clean in both smell and appearance. Would stay here again!
