Located in the highly sought after Beach Villas at the south end of South Seas Island Resort, this condo has all the conveniences of home and a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico to match. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a King bed with an en-suite bathroom, and a private screen lanai for enjoying all the natural beauty that Captiva has to offer! Spend your mornings strolling the beaches that are right outside your front door and your afternoons cooling off in the multiple on-site pools. Beach Villa 2216 is sure to offer you that relaxing beach vacation you've been dreaming of!

Condo amenities include: 1 bedroom/1 bathroom -- 1 King bed & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 4), 2 TVs, free WIFI & cable, fully equipped kitchen, coin operated laundry facilities on-site, elevators. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Beach Villas amenities that are available with this rental include: 3 heated community pools, BBQ grills, tennis courts (fee may apply), parking and direct access to award winning Captiva Island beaches!

** This condo is privately owned and is NOT associated with the South Seas Resort rental program. Resort amenities are not available with the rental of this unit including resort pool, golf course access, trolley use, select stores & restaurants, beach rentals and any on-site shops within South Seas. Resort guests pay a premium for these amenities. ** The South Seas Resort may occasionally offer amenity access for out of program guests for an additional fee and is based upon availability and is at the sole discretion of the South Seas Resort. We cannot guarantee the availability of resort amenities to any guests who books Beach Villas 2216. Access availability can only be determined on the day of check-in by the resort front desk staff **

  We enjoyed the Villa overall. Our two daughters slept on the pull out bed and it was not very comfortable. This was the only thing that needs to be replaced with something better. We enjoyed the location of the villa and the beach was beautiful. We would love to come back but would want a more comfortable option on the pull out bed if we stay in this unit.

  Condo was in great condition, everything was clean and exactly what the pictures showed. My only issues during our stay was the sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable (these are rarely comfortable anyway!) and at the end of our trip, we were required to wash towels and other items. When we went to use the washer/dryer within condo building, they never worked. We tried 2 days before we left and then the night before. Again, the condo itself was great though! I have to state also that when we had 2 very minor issues the management staff was on it within hours.

  We really enjoyed our week in Captiva at the South Seas Resort Beach Cottage. We were located right by the walking path out to the beach. Had a great view of the sunset.
  
  Cottage was clean, plenty large enough. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need if you wanted to cook. It was close enough to the front gate to access the downtown area quickly, whether you wanted to walk, bike or drive.
  
  We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again on a return trip to Captiva.

  We really enjoyed our stay on Captiva! We were within walking distance to Doc Ford’s and the Mucky Duck. The beach was a 2 minute walk past the pool. The condo was recently updated with beautiful decorating and new appliances. We had everything we needed! Loved the lanai with table and chairs for our morning coffee. Wonderful stay!

  This is the second year we have stayed at South Seas 1 bed condo. We enjoyed the area ever though it’s a long way to the bridge- loved the feeling of seclusion. The decor, linens and furniture were wonderful. This condo seemed larger than the last (think the choice of furniture is the reason).The whole condo had been recently renovated... great bath and kitchen. The floor of the condo had not been washed properly that is our only complaint. The South Seas area is a huge complex and we were confused as to what was covered free and what we had to pay for- like trolley access , beach chairs etc. There should be more clarification- the condo is pricey but then to add on resort fees ($25/ day) seemed high- We’re still not certain what you get for the $$. We enjoyed this spot but we are thinking about trying somewhere else next year just to change it up.

  We really enjoyed our first time on Captiva and Sanibel Island. The condo was perfect and pictures online were accurate. I did I have contact the rental agency one day due to no water. She did not know why there was no water but contacted me back in less than 2 minutes to let me know the water was off to the building to make a repair. She provided great customer service. It was back on soon after I got off the phone. This was in no way the fault of the rental agency or condo. The check in was simple and the room was ready early. The condo itself was very clean and had easy beach access with plenty of shells on the beach. I will be definitely come back to Sanibel Island and Captiva in the future and would highly recommend this condo.

  Our villa was excellent. The newly remodeled space was welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Everything was very clean. It is extremely convenient to the beach and in a location from which it is easy to walk to restaurants and shopping at the entrance to South Seas Resort as well as in the Andy Rosse Lane area. There was no beach umbrella in the unit when we arrived, but the leasing agency was prompt in getting one and delivering it to us. On the downside, the WiFi is quite weak to the point of almost being unusable and the HVAC unit is rather loud especially in the quite of the night. The keyless door lock is a great amenity that keeps you from having to wonder if you have a key in hand before leaving and eliminating the pain of keeping up with a key at the beach. We would lease this unit again.

  My family of 4 stayed here for a week after Christmas. What we loved- Sanibel Vacations staff were really helpful and made the check-in/check-out process seamless with an app and keyless entry. The condo was sparkling clean and everything was brand new! There was a king bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. The only negatives were that the neighbors were very loud and the bedroom is right near the stairwell, and the WiFi connection and TVs were fuzzy. Overall, it was a great stay and we highly recommend this property!

  The condo was clean and up to date, the location was amazing and the price was great too! We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided as well as the beach towels. South Seas is a great property with many amenities, that we did not miss using due to this unit not including the resort wristbands to access the larger pools, water slide and pool side bar. We spent a great deal of time in the nearby condo pool and on the beach, the view from this unit was also very good, you overlook the ocean and the pool. We had a group of 4 and would definitely stay here again.
