Boasting a newly completed remodel with fine upgrades and finishes throughout and new vibrant coastal decor to match. This family friendly rental has plenty of space for everyone to spread out with roomy bed configuration options, large open living area, and a large wrap around lanai with room to relax and enjoy the sounds of waves crashing and most beautiful Sanibel sunsets. Pair that with the endless shelling that awaits you just steps away and this condo is a true paradise! Your location on West Gulf Drive will have you anywhere you would like to go on island quickly, including nearby bike paths, restaurants, shopping and more! Don't miss this perfect condo for you and your family to relax and enjoy!

Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 4 Queen beds (sleeps 6 MAX including children), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool & jacuzzi hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grills, elevators, covered parking with private EV charging station for this unit only. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Pine Cove is a tobacco free, smoke & vape free property. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

  We rented big tricycles & had the best time ever. The island was a lot of fun too. We went sight seeing & shopping everyday. The food at the restaurants was also very good. I would recommend Sanibel Island to anyone.

  We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and the perfect amount of room for 6. The property description was accurate. The only suggestion I would make is that new beach chairs and an extra beach umbrella be purchased. A few of the beach chairs were very uncomfortable and partially broken.

  We love Sanibel and we especially love the Pine Cove condos. The grounds are so well kept, easy walk to the ocean, small, quiet. We have stayed in one or another Pine Cove unit for over 10 years. This was our first time in 104. The kitchen was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Good selection of beach chairs. The porch furniture is brand new but sadly not very comfortable. Sanibel Vacation team was excellent!! For those of you who haven't been to Pine Cove in a while the walk to the beach was redone, the landscape is getting a major overall. We look forward to our week every year.

  Beautiful place with everything you need. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. The view is amazing. Loved the walks on the beach and watching the sunsets. The only issue was that they were doing construction and landscaping on a condo next door AND removing the pergola. It wasn’t relaxing near the pool and hot tub. The men working on the pergola apologized several times. They were very nice. The landscaping next door involved rocks being dumped from a truck to a wheel barrow and then near the pool. It sounded awful. They were also working on the exterior of the condo.
  We really enjoyed the condo and had a great time. I would recommend the property to others but recommend they wait until the construction is done.

  This condo is so much more than what you see in the photos. The master bedroom is huge and there is plenty of room for everyone to move around comfortably. The wrap around lanai was very spacious.
  The short walk to the beach was great and the heated pool was very clean I would for sure book this condo again.

  This property was wonderful. When we booked it, there weren’t many reviews but the pictures looked really good. I can tell you the condo is every bit as nice as the pictures show. We were surprised that it felt larger in person than the pictures even showed. Our stay was flawless. The only constructive feedback: I wish the door lock was electronic with a code. Keeping up with the physical key at the beach made me worried about losing it. Another family we were traveling with had the electronic code key for their condo. It was really nice. But honestly this is a great property. Don’t hesitate to book it!

  Wonderful house for the six of us, spacious living room with nice big tv and seating for all, comfortable beds, a wonderfully well equipped kitchen since we make our meals. Loved the close proximity of the pool and beach- back and forth to either all day! I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the parking issues.
  At one point we had four cars - family coming from all over- and despite there being 3 parking spaces for our unit we were allowed 2 parking passes.... And we not allowed to use the “overflow” parking which was completely empty the entire week. Very strange! Management insisted it’s the HOA rules. Isn’t overflow parking meant to be used for just that? Or why couldn’t we use the third spot with our unit number on it? “Only allowed two passes!”. So family car had to stay a ways up the street at the management parking lot.
  Ok it’s not a huge deal, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

We are sorry you weren't happy with the parking situation, however, we are given strict instruction from every association management regarding parking situations. We are not able to give more than 2 parking passes per reservation. That is just part of the policy, and we are sorry you weren't happy about that. However, we will surely pay closer attention next time and would love to welcome you back to our slice of paradise in the future.

  My family of 5 (adults) enjoyed our first stay on Sanibel Island, and Pine Cove Condo. When I go to the beach, I want to be "on the beach" and this condo did not disappoint. The location is very convenient without being crowded - including the beach area. The bedrooms suited our family and allowed us to spread out. The condo is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Everything you need for the beach is there from coolers to chairs to umbrella, and beach towels. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. (It has a regular coffee pot AND Keurig.) The complex has a very nice pool and hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating including tables, as well as gas grills. We hope to return to Sanibel Island at some point and would definitely stay at Pine Cove 104 again!

  This was the best Florida rental we’ve ever had. It had everything we needed! We could have packed smaller suitcases has we known of all the goodies stashed here. 3 coolers, 6 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 kickbards, buckets, shovels, tons of beach towels...literally-everything you could need.
  
  The beds are always a point of contention for our family. We sleep on memory foam at home so anything else usually feels awful. Happy to say the beds here were fantastic! The master is only 2 years old but still feels great. It has a noticeable hump in the middle but that didn’t bother us.
  
  We had our two kids with us and this condo had games, books, beach toys and even a step stool to make using the bathroom easier!
  
  The kitchen was more than adequately stocked with utensils (a pizza cutter,, baking sheets, salad spinner, grilling tools). Even enough fancy placemats, dishes and napkins to have a beautifully set table for dinner with my parents. The only negative we had was the dishwasher was having some sort of “episode” and wouldn’t stopped beeping. We flipped the breaker off and hand washed our dishes. There don’t seem to be HOT water at the kitchen sink, we forgot to mention that to the property manager.
  
  The furniture was new and in great condition. The flooring (LVP?) seemed new and was relatively clean! So many past rentals have left our feet black after the first day.
  
  The condo does have a fair amount of blue hairs and the pool isn’t exactly kid friendly. The rules state you can’t eat, drink, or have toys and floatation devices. We had a 5 & 3 yr old so we obviously had a few toys at the pools and if unattended for more than 2 minutes they would be plucked from the water and set aside by another guest. It didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves but something to be mindful of if you are bringing kids.
