Sanibel Arms F4 offers beach front living at it's finest! Come and enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground level condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico!! Featuring bright beach decor, a brand new master bedroom set, King bed & mattress and an open floor plan and a screened lanai that overlooks the water. The beach and the waves are only steps away, so come and relax is this beachside beauty and listen to the sounds of the waves from your living room!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, & a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 2 flat screen TV's, free WIFI, heated community pool, coin operated on-site laundry facility, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grills, parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

  We loved our week at Sanibel Arms F4. It was beach front and just steps to the boardwalk leading you to the beach. We loved the location as we rode our bikes everywhere on this side of island like breakfast twice, the lighthouse and just strolling around in the shade. Loved my interaction at all times with SBL. We will definitely rent here again

  The place was beautiful and very comfortable for 6 people but the couch bed was very uncomfortable so we just slept on both couches. The rental said ut had 3 televisions but only had 2 and one was so small you could hardly see it. Other than that it was very nice and well decorated. It also does bot have a tub with jets but has 2 showers which worked out well for us.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay, and we are sorry for the misunderstanding about the tvs, however, the listing does clearly state that there are 2 TV's in the condo, not 3.   We have been coming to Sanibel/Ft Myers location for the last 9 years. Sanibel is definitely the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. We have stayed in the Sanibel Arms complexes for the last 4 or 5 years and I would rate it a 5+. This unit accommodated our needs and the folks at SBL were extremely pleasant to work with. The pillows and bed were not very comfortable and you can hear a lot of noise in the bedroom with people walking thru to go to the beach. The room had a mildew type smell when we arrived - but it seemed to dissipate after we arrived and turned the air to a lower temp. It also doesn't have a washer and dryer which is inconvenient although they do have one in the complex. Our stay was great, we had a wonderful time.

    Tracy, thank you for your feedback! We are glad you enjoyed your stay, minus the few inconveniences you experienced. However, I will make sure the owner is aware of these issues and necessary updates. The owner has been planning on upgrading the master bedroom with a new mattress and updated furniture, hopefully this summer or early next fall. As far as the washer and dryer go, we totally understand although that is 100% up to the owner's discretion whether they want to provide one or not, but we can certainly pass this information along to them. Again, we are sorry for the few inconveniences, we hope you choose to stay with us again the future at one of our other properties!

  Our family of six had a wonderful week on Sanibel Island. The unit was extremely clean and well-equipped. The master bedroom furniture, bed, and pillows are outdated and need to be upgraded. The 2 large couches in the living room (one is a pullout) worked very well for our two youngest children. The East end of the island is very quiet, but the location is still very convenient to all that Sanibel has to offer. The beach is gorgeous. The pool on the property is quaint but very nice and refreshing. We used Sanibel Vacations Outfitters and our bikes were great - well maintained and comfortable. Our family had an amazing week.
