"Tahiti Treasure" is a nicely appointed and spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in quiet neighborhood with private deeded beach access. It offers a beautiful, large, screen-enclosed patio area with pool & jacuzzi is surrounded by lush landscaping and fruit trees, providing for a very private and tropical getaway. Golf cart use is available to drive to the beach access at the end of the road at Tradewinds but cannot be used on any other public streets. So, bring your family & even your dog and come enjoy this serene island getaway!

Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds & 1 Full bed (sleeps 8), TV's, free WIFI, heated pool & spa, large enclosed 2 story lanai, golf cart use, beach parking permit, NEW washer & dryer (High Efficiency detergent only), fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, covered parking. No Pets Allowed. NO Smoking. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

    We had a wonderful experience staying at this property during January. The home is well laid out, kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Having a golf cart made trips to the beach a breeze and we enjoyed that feature more than we realized we would. The beach was not crowded at any point during our stay and the shelling was remarkable. But the best part of the property is the lanai. The heated pool and the spa were in regular use during our stay and the seating around the pool was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again next year. The property management company was very responsive and responded quickly to any issues we experienced. We do have two “heads-up.” The cable service is the lowest level imaginable. Suggest you bring a Firestick or log into other streaming services. Secondly, there are no leftovers from previous tenants in the kitchen (e.g., foil, coffee filters, detergent, etc.). Not a problem, we just have never experienced this before.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay - including the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood. We are sorry there were a couple of issues that arose during your stay but we are thankful we were able to jump into action as quickly as possible. As far as the cable, we are in the process of working with our owners to make sure they are either upgrading their service or making a reccomendation that they switch to all Smart TVs, in which case we would update the listings and send out e-mails to renters who are already booked. The "leftovers" you mentioned above are not provided because we did away with all of that when COVID-19 began. We try to minimize as much contact as possible between guests to ensure the health & safety. However, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you next year.

    The property location, layout, and amenities were as described. A golf cart is provided to make trips to the nearby beach effortless. Located between Sanibel and Captiva, a plus.
    The interior of the house was well appointed and very clean. We had an issue with the pool upon arrival and the exterior of the house needed a pressure wash due to webs, dust, etc. Sanibel Vacations were notified and immediately rectified the situations.
    The staff of Sanibel Vacations were efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
    Counting the days until we return!!
