Mariner Pointe Update: We are finally able to welcome back guests as of January 31, 2026! Most on-site amenities have been restored including the community pools, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips. There may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, tennis court restoration, and a large landscaping project. We can provide more updates once we have them however schedules may be subject to change. Even with these final touches underway, your beach vacation will still be extraordinary and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Welcome to your new piece of paradise on sunny Sanibel Island! Mariner Pointe #733 offers luxurious coastal decor throughout and all the comforts of home! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfectly appointed and is an amazing vacation spot for couples and families alike to enjoy!

Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and is close to nearby beaches, bike paths, shops & restaurants. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, two all-weather tennis courts, a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, shuffleboard, reserved parking, deeded beach access and an easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin bed & a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), free WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

  Loved getting away in January after thr start of cold dreary weather in STL.
  Minor blips, the AC unit didn’t work when i arrived and repairman could come on a Sunday- waited till Monday AM and a new control replacement put in.
  TV screen in family room also going bad. Loved Sanibel itself but till charges an anoyance.

We are very sorry about the AC issue and the TV screen in the living room, but we are glad that we could get out quickly to address the A/C issue. The TV is definitely something we can replace if/when necessary so we will have our inspector take a look at the next turnover.
