Tarpon Beach 206 is a beautiful gulf front condo with outstanding views and is in great condition featuring recent renovations from 2018. This corner unit boast privacy as well as updated kitchen finishes and stainless appliances, granite countertops, new fixtures, and lovely updated coastal decor with exceptional Gulf of Mexico views to match! Tarpon Beach amenities include a large pool with a handicapped pool lift, tennis court, beach walk-over, shell-cleaning table and outside shower. Come and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences that Tarpon Beach #206 has to offer - you're paradise is waiting...

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Full beds & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 3 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, community tennis & pickle ball courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

  The place was nice. Could have been cleaned a little better and could use some love, like tightening lose drawers and such. The access to the beach is amazing as well. Just wish we knew to bring long sleeves and pants because we brought home a ton of bug bites!

  This is our second stay at Tarpon Beach #206. The condo was SPOTLESS upon arrival. All the living area furniture, beds, and bedding were very comfortable. The condo had more than enough amenities to make us feel right at home including a well-stocked kitchen, great beach chairs, plenty of towels, a hair dryer w/ diffuser (which was a bonus since I forgot my at home!), etc. We spent a lot of time down by the pool area which was usually quiet and we often had it to ourselves. Having a covered parking space was a huge bonus since you got into a cool car no matter what time of day. The location of the condo is perfect, close to all the shopping on Tarpon Bay & Periwinkle roads. The public beach is right next door, so this spot can get busy, especially on the weekends.

  This condo was exactly as pictured! Kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of bathroom towels and beach towels. The storage closets were full of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pails for shelling, sand toys and a pack and play. The beach is spectacular! I would highly recommend this unit! It will not disappoint.

  We were 4 women and we had a great time, condo was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, plenty of room, had everything we needed and location was good. Our only suggestion was it could have had a full length mirror.

  It was so good to return to Florida after a couple years without due to Covid scares. This unit has a great view of the Gulf & is nicely decorated. 2 things were not working....ceiling fan on lanai & bathroom vent fan. A small table on the lanai would be handy. There are 2 small ends tables that work for a drink or snack. We had great weather, too!! Paradise!! THANK YOU!!

  We have stayed all over the island and love this location! Quiet beach, close to Ding, Bailey's, the Lighthouse/fishing pier. It is great! The unit was beautiful. Feels like you are a guest in someone's home. Every amenity carefully selected. It was a true joy to spend time here. Property managers were very responsive. We would rent longer if available.

  Tarpon Beach 206 was just what we hoped for. When you walk in the door, your eyes are drawn straight to a gorgeous view of the Gulf! The location is perfect - right on the beach, close to restaurants, groceries, everything you need. We love riding our bikes and this was a great location for starting rides all over the island with our favorite being Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge.
  The condo is lovely, decorated in calming colors with comfortable furniture. The beds are very comfortable, just like home. The kitchen is well supplied and the appliances are very nice. I can’t say enough about how clean the condo was when we arrived. We wondered if the oven had ever been used because it was so clean. They even called the morning of our check in to let us know it would be ready earlier than expected.
  We also liked the furniture on the lanai. It is comfortable for sitting and watching the waves, having morning coffee or reading a book. Being an end unit, there are screens on 2 sides so it feels more airy. So relaxing.
  I also have to give a big thumbs up to SBL for their quick response for repair issues. The maintenance people came immediately to make 2 repairs.
  We look forward to returning to this condo next year!

  We had a fantastic girlfriends week at this Tarpon Beach condo! It has been renovated recently and the decor is very nice and beachy! We were very comfortable here and the location was great. The ocean front view from the balcony was fantastic! Just a quick walk past the pool and out to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have access to. The pool was also very nice. I do wish they had more umbrellas around the pool area though as it was very hot during the day. Also very glad this building has an elevator!! Enjoyed some great meals at local restaurants. Some of our favorites being Gramma Dot's Shrimp Basket, Doc Ford's Island Shrimp & Grits and The Clam Shack's Lobster Roll! The rental agency personell were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property when staying on Sanibel Island.

  We had an amazing stay at Tarpon Beach 206! The complex is well maintained, beautiful and quiet. The condo is thoughtfully decorated, clean and has comfortable bedding. And that view! GORGEOUS! I know that ownership changed recently, so I'm hoping the kitchen will be better stocked soon. We don't cook much (only chicken breasts for salads), BUT the small utensils were seriously lacking. If we had intended to cook more of our meals, it would have been a challenge.
  We appreciated the quality beach chairs that were provided. Overall the condo is wonderful and we would stay again in a heartbeat!
  Also, the Sanibel Vacations staff is SO nice! They accommodated an early check in for my husband and I which we really appreciated.
