Welcome to paradise at Sanibel Surfside #213! Listen to the sound of the waves from this stunning & comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Sanibel Surfside 213! The impressive entrance welcomes you into an open concept floor plan where partial views of the Gulf of Mexico can be found from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. This beautiful condo offers an updated kitchen and appliances, new furniture & furnishings and all the comforts of home you could desire! The Sanibel Surfside complex is centrally located allowing easy access off and on the island, a short walk to restaurants and shops, and the bike path is right outside your door. The condo also comes with a covered parking spot underneath the building.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4) & 2 bathrooms, 2 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

**Important Update for Sanibel Surfside Reopening: We are excited to welcome you back!
While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard and grills are unavailable. We expect these amenities to be restored early-mid 2026 though the exact timeline is still pending and cannot be guaranteed. Sanibel Surfside guests may use the pool at Pelican's Roost complex (next door) while the Sanibel Surfside pool remains closed!
Elevator replacement of outdated electronics and cab refurbishment will begin on 2/17/26 in Building 2 (labeled #200 units). Once Building 2 elevator is complete, they will start on Building 1 (labeled #100 units). Elevators will be out of service for ~10-12 days per building but schedule may be subject to change. Use of the stairs will be required during this time period.

  The rental itself was beyond expectations. we loved the simplicity of it. Beachy but not too beachy. very centrally located for shops grocery stores etc. Beach was very close. super clean very well stocked. I would have preferred the water in condo to be a little warmer. we called the rental company and they increased temp right away. also I think a note to bring your firestick with you to have a better choice of stations is a good suggestion. all in all excellent.

  The unit was clean, steps from the beach, easy access to shops, off the island and SHELLING!! Quiet and cozy - fully equipped and all needed for extended stay or week away from home! Highly recommended and stayed over a week and will hopefully stay next year at this location for several weeks in September!! SBL Vacations - property management company is exceptional in assistance and clear expectations of check-in and out. No true view of water, but if not a MUST on my list so the value of the stay was totally worth it!!

  We had a wonderful time in Sanibel. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the condo was lovely, although the porch furniture should be replaced. We had a few service issues but SBL was very responsive once we reported them. Sanibel is a beautiful island and we will go back.
