Update following Hurricane Ian: Welcome back to Sanibel Surfside! This condo is available for rentals starting in January 2025. Temporary pre-storm photos are being used until updated photos can be taken (in/around November 2024) however furnishings will be comparable and bathrooms will be newly upgraded! Please note: Tennis court completion date is unknown at this time and they will likely be unavailable for guest use in early-mid 2025.

The impressive entrance welcomes you into an open concept floor plan where partial views of the Gulf of Mexico can be found from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. This beautiful condo offers an updated kitchen and appliances, new furniture & furnishings and all the comforts of home you could desire! The Sanibel Surfside complex is centrally located allowing easy access off and on the island, a short walk to restaurants and shops, and the bike path is right outside your door. The condo also comes with a covered parking spot underneath the building. Welcome to paradise at Sanibel Surfside #213!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4) & 2 bathrooms, 2 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

    The unit was clean, steps from the beach, easy access to shops, off the island and SHELLING!! Quiet and cozy - fully equipped and all needed for extended stay or week away from home! Highly recommended and stayed over a week and will hopefully stay next year at this location for several weeks in September!! SBL Vacations - property management company is exceptional in assistance and clear expectations of check-in and out. No true view of water, but if not a MUST on my list so the value of the stay was totally worth it!!

    We had a great time visiting Sanibel and staying at this condo. We really enjoyed having a grill to use the complex was quiet and steps from the beach. The condo was well decorated and relaxing, it was very convenient to have an umbrella and chair’s available we had a great trip.

    This condo was in great shape. Seemed to be recently remodeled and had all of the kitchen items needed to cook meals comfortably. All items were in like new condition. The covered parking and storage area was an added bonus.

    We had a wonderful time in Sanibel. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the condo was lovely, although the porch furniture should be replaced. We had a few service issues but SBL was very responsive once we reported them. Sanibel is a beautiful island and we will go back.
