Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen enclosed lanai, elevators, pickleball courts. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
14 night minimum rental period is required in peak season (December - April). 7 night stays available during low season (May - November). This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
