Kings Crown Update: This condo is ready for rentals as all items & amenities INSIDE the unit have been restored and/or replaced.
OUTSIDE construction & potential noise associated with work to the Kings Crown complex and surrounding units may be on-going through early-mid 2025. Certain building amenities such as the elevators, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, complex landscaping, etc may not be ready and/or functioning properly for guest use. Pool and tennis court completion is estimated to be April/May 2025 timeframe without any guarantee. Updates will be provided when available. Discounted weekly rates are reflected in the current pricing through April 2025.

No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
14 night minimum rental period is required in peak season (December - April). 7 night stays available during low season (May - November).
This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
