OUTSIDE construction & potential noise associated with work to the Kings Crown complex and surrounding units may be on-going through 2025. Certain building amenities such as the elevators, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, complex landscaping, etc may not be ready and/or functioning properly for guest use. Pool and tennis court completion is estimated to be early 2026 timeframe without any guarantee. Updates will be provided when available. Discounted weekly rates are reflected in the current pricing.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen & 1 Twin bed (sleeps 5) & 2 bathrooms, 3 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), free WIFI, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen enclosed lanai, tennis courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

14 night minimum rental period is required year round for this property. Saturday to Saturday bookings. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.

    Considering the island and property are still in hurricane recovery, our stay was good. We were able to find plenty to keep us busy. Enjoyed the shell museum, farmer's market, hiking in Bailey tract, day trip to Boca Grande, trip to lighthouse , beach walk and sunsets. Condo was very comfortable with plenty of room. Property managemnent and rental company were very helpful to us.
