"Sooner Beach Escape" is a beautiful, vibrant ground level pool home in the highly sought after East Rocks neighborhood off West Gulf Drive. This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with new fresh interior upgrades including an updated kitchen & bathrooms, new appliances and furniture throughout and a tranquil back yard escape great for the whole family! This homes its by the entrance to the East Rocks neighborhood which allows you to enjoy quick and easy access to the beach!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 1 Queen bed (sleeps 6), free WIFI with TV streaming devices, heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

  Had a great vacation at this property. The pool was wonderful and having a screened in eating area outside was a huge plus. The house was well appointed and the bathrooms were great. SBL were awesome to work with. Could not ask for a better agency to deal with.

  This house was excellent. The location is fantastic. short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and private. Highly recommend this home.
