This beautiful home also comes equipped with a heated pool (with chiller option for warm summer months), a large fenced in yard, and tasteful lawn and landscape designs. Easy access to the nearby bike paths makes riding the island-wide trails accessible and convenient. Pets Considered (Dogs only, 2 MAX). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

  The house was top notch, better equipped with what you would need and want than any other rental we have had. The yard is huge and fenced, perfect for our poodle. The salt water pool was great. Unfortunately, the home is next to what used to be a pond and is now a giant mud hole with debris. Homes surrounding it are in various stages of construction, so be prepared for noise. Many of the condos fronting the ocean in this area are still empty, but the beach was beach,
