Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets Allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
Please note: Rentals in the Ports of Iona community require a 30 day minimum rental period per HOA rules and regulations. ALL interested parties are required to be screened in advance and approved by the HOA board. This requires completion of their application fee, coincidental questionnaire and background processing (which will require an additional fee). Please allow 14-21 days prior to your intended arrival for the forms to be provided and processed. Reservation confirmation is subject to board approval.
