This vacation palace grants you the convenience of a short stroll to the sandy Sanibel shores and the close proximity to the miles of island wide bike paths for easy-access to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. It's time to splurge on the most memorable vacation you have ever had!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 1 Queen beds & 2 Twin (bunk) beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai & covered outdoor deck, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, garage parking, BBQ gas grill. Pets Considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

  The location of Bella Sol makes it very convenient for accessing the gulf beach (Fulgar, <10 minute walk) and for driving to both Gulf Drive and Periwinkle.
  House is nicely furnished with an island theme. Kitchen appliances, including a wine refrigerator, and washer/dryer are quite new. There are comfortable seating areas, both upstairs & at the pool level, within the lanai.
  SBL was very responsive in dealing with a few, minor issues went we first checked in.
  Bella Sol fully met our expectations and we would be willing to rent again.

  This is a beautiful updated well designed property ... a seven minute walk to be beach and a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops on Periwinkle (Sanibel's main thoroughfare). We enjoyed the balcony level daily as well as the pool on the first level. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The description and pictures were accurate. First rate all around - highly recommended.
