Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King beds & 1 Queen bed (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, covered parking, nearby tennis/pickleball for additional fee at Sundial Resort. Pets Considered (Dogs Only). No Smoking. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, beach cart, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
