This adorable beach cottage boasts 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 charming bathrooms, providing a welcoming space for relaxation. Whether you're enjoying the sun on the nearby beach or unwinding in this quaint, comfortable home, every corner of this cottage exudes warmth and charm. Spend your days collecting seashells and your evenings soaking in the island atmosphere. It's the perfect place to enjoy a laid-back, beachside escape!

Home amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 Queen beds (sleeps 4), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, screened lanai, outdoor shower, private parking. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

  This property is exactly what I was looking for & SBL was wonderful.
  
  Traveling alone, I was looking for a small rental in this quiet neighborhood This cozy house was ideal — easy to settle into, very clean, & well-outfitted. Being a bit removed from the action on the other end of the island was precisely what I wanted.
  
  All of the folks I met at SBL were extremely friendly & helped promptly with a couple of very minor concerns. I’ll be happy to work with them again.

  This is the 4th time renting this property, 3 times before ian and 1 after. The house is a wonderful quaint property with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay, rental company was very responsive with any questions or issues. The best part of our vacation is always the friendly people that live in this little community! Of course the beach but it really is the people that make us feel welcome and want to make us want to return year after year!!!
