Current pending/scheduled items include the pool, storage lockers, and landscaping that are to be completed sometime in late 2025-early 2026. The elevator is expected to be back in service by November/December 2025. These timelines cannot be guaranteed, so please reach out to us to confirm current updates as needed. Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 twin beds & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in-suite washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Sand Pointe is a tobacco free property. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
