Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen & glass enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

**Important Update for Sanibel Surfside Reopening: We are excited to welcome you back!
While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard and grills are unavailable. We expect these amenities to be restored by the end of 2025/early 2026 though the exact timeline is still pending and cannot be guaranteed. Sanibel Surfside guests may use the pool at Pelican's Roost complex (next door) while the Sanibel Surfside pool remains closed!
Elevator replacement of outdated electronics and cab refurbishment will begin approx. 2/15/26 but schedule may be subject to change. Elevators will be out of service for 10-12 days. Use of the stairs will be required during this time period.
