This unit is located at the Sundial Beach Resort and is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sits on the Gulf of Mexico with water views from the lanai. This condo offers over 1500 square feet of comfortable living space with a fully stocked kitchen and an open living and dining area. The large lanai is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the island's sights and sounds and the company of friends and family. The Sundial is centrally located to the beach, shopping, and restaurants and a short bike ride can get to exactly where you need to be in no time. Come and see for yourself.. you'll be glad you did!

Condo/Resort amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds (sleeps 8), 4 Smart TV's (streaming only), free WIFI , multiple heated pools, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, elevators, multiple on-site restaurants venues, and Bailey's Marketplace (for light grocery needs). No Pets allowed. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
*coin operated laundry facilities available on-site in the event the washer and/or dryer need servicing

Smoking is PROHIBITED (including e-cigs/vaping) inside the condo as well as on the outdoor lanai, no exceptions!

  We were very happy! Plenty of space! Reasonable rates! Walking distance to little Bailey's and the resort for food! Very close to the beach! I'm just glad I don't have to clean up the feathers from the couch! You should probably include that the couch cushions have feathers in case someone has a feather allergy!

  Even with the Tropical Storm on our day of arrival we enjoyed ourselves! Our wet feet required us to mop and discover the floor was quite dirty. The sofa had feathers working themselves out of the cushions so we put down blankets over the very spacious L couch. In all these we minor things and would love to stay at this location in a year or two. Appreciate the convenience of a washer & dryer for bathing suits & beach towels! The abundance of beach chairs & umbrellas were greatly appreciated also. I left behind a kids snorkel set that my kids outgrew. You have a wonder vacation home! Thank you for your hospitality!!

  We have stayed in Sanibel over the years as well as other units at Sundial and we truly enjoyed O 203. There is plenty of space for more than one couple to enjoy, even enough for some unfortunate remote work to be done without killing the vacation vibe. The screened-in porch has a great side view towards the water, and though not oceanfront you are probably paying a little less and are just a quick walk from pool or beach, plus you might see a little gator in the pond! There were plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking in after filling the large fridge with a trip to Jerry's or Bailey's and the grill is not a far walk. We especially appreciated the beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided for the unit, that was a first which saved us the hassle of packing or renting those items. Everything was clean and well organized for our arrival which is always a good start and temperature was easy to control throughout our stay. Thank you so much!

  We had a girls vacation and had the best time of our lives. The condo has a king bed (mattress was hard) and 2 queens and 2 twin beds. Towels and beach chairs, shell sifters available. Great shelling on this beach. We went to several of the other beaches for shelling as well. Pool was well maintained. Kitchen did not miss anything. Any and all utensils, dishes, pots and pans were in the condo. It was nice to get a complimentary package to start with so we knew what we needed before arriving at the condo. If there was one thing I would request, it would be having your own grill in the patio. We did use the community grill. Spacious clean condo in a great area! We did need to contact manager as the WiFi only worked on the first day. They did send someone over who arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant but unfortunately the problem was not resolved. For this reason, I am rating it a 4-star but I am sure that can be easily resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again

  The location at Sundial was superb for a long weekend stay. A very short walk from the apartment was a lovely deck to access the pool and beach, both of which were wonderful. The overall landscaping of the building is beautiful and perfectly situated within Sanibel.
  
  We chose this apartment as it was one of the few available with 3 bedrooms. While the layout itself was very convenient, the apartment was a bit tired. The furniture is old style as well as the overall decor, which could do with a makeover.
  
  The apartment was clean except for the floor which needed a more thorough clean-up both inside and in the balcony / patio, and the furniture in the patio which was covered in dust and lint, plant fluff, etc. The management team was excellent, answered our questions and said that they would have sent a cleaning crew if we had mentioned the issue during our stay, we did not want to bother them on the weekend and instead cleaned up ourselves.
  
  There were plenty of beach towels in the apartment, and right by our parking spot was a small storage closet with beach chairs, beach toys, etc, which had all we needed for our days at the beach.
  
  Due to the ongoing pandemic, we did not do much in the way of restaurants and attractions but mostly enjoyed the beach. A visit to the Sanibel Lighthouse was definitely worthwhile as well as a stop at the nearby Sanibel's Best Homemade Ice Cream shop, which was delightful.
  
  Our stay was very pleasant in general, and I do recommend the management company and the overall Sundial location, just wish the apartment was refreshed in decor and a bit cleaner.

  I love the location of all the Sundial properties. This is the third one at which I have stayed. It was fine for what we needed. However, it could use some updating. The furniture was older and not very comfortable, the TV in the master bedroom was very old, the beds were not very comfortable, and it could use a coat of paint. We stayed in this particular condo because we needed three bedrooms. It worked out fine for what we needed but could have used some improvements. The property management company was very accommodating when we arrived. I always love Sanibel Island no matter where I stay.

  We stayed for an extended weekend to attend our nephews wedding. The location can't be beat, Bailey's store just a short distance away for morning coffee and sandwiches. The unit was nice a little dated but fine for the 6 of us adults that stayed. Restaurants are a short ride away and the beach roughly 200' away. The grounds are very well kept and the staff very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this unit, but as I said furniture is a little dated.

  We found the property nice, however the resort was not accommodating and said we weren’t allowed to use their amenities and the ad would lead one to believe we could. We used them anyway but didn’t feel like we were supposed too. A heads up on the red tide would have been nice. The furniture did have some stains.   This condo was very spacious and had great beach access. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated. They had plenty of beach towels and a closet full of beach chairs, an umbrella and other stuff. Some of the beach chairs are needing replaced. Overall the furnishings were nice but mattresses were little firm. We had a great stay and highly recommend this condo and also SBL Vacations. If you rent bikes, definitely use their drop off and pick up service. Great company to rent from! Bethany was super helpful and always responded quickly to my requests.

  We had a great stay. The condo is conveniently located. We were able to park our vehicle and ride bikes everywhere on the island. The condo was clean, but some of the furniture was stained. It was very user friendly, so we were able to overlook the furniture. We could hear the movement in the condo above. Luckily our upstairs neighbors went to bed early like we did. Overall good experience.

  This property was an excellent spot for our family vacation. We went with my sisters family, our family, and our parents. We had six adults and toddlers under 3. It was perfect and everything was easy! The condo comes with a small container of dish soap and some small packs of detergent for laundry and dishwasher but I would bring more if you plan on cooking meals at the condo.

  We just returned from our week's stay in Sanibel at Sundial O203. Condo was spacious and in a great location. Beach was beautiful and condo was convenient to restaurants, and in general getting around Sanibel island. However, the unit itself needs some updating... it appears to be an older unit and could use a renovation. Beds were way too hard/firm for anyone in our party's taste which was very disappointing. Overall, it was an okay stay, it would be great if they would do some updating in the unit. We will definitely return to Sanibel island, however we would not opt to stay in this particular unit again.

  I spent 6 weeks in this unit from mid February to the end of March, with six different family and friend groups joining me. Having vacationed Sanibel for a week or two many times in the past in small condo developments, I was a little apprehensive about being in the largest development on the island. It was great. The O-P-Q building had plenty of parking, its own swimming pool and was close to Sundial's restaurants and a mini Bailey's store. The heated pool was well maintained. The boardwalk to the beach was great. Any maintenance concerns were minor and handled quickly. Kitchen had lots of equipment, utensils and dinnerware, but not high quality. I brought a couple good knives from home. The unit lacks the personal decorative touches of an owner that I've enjoyed in other VRBO places, but it was clean and comfortable. The people hired by the management company and the service people around Sundial were very polite and friendly. Biked everywhere. I tried to return next year, but the management company accidentally rented a week in the middle of my stay. :-( I found another place nearby.

  Had a blast in Sanibel like we do every year. Only issue I really had with the stay is that I wish they had provided us with more linens -- I spent way too much time washing towels - i.e -- we rented for 8 people: provide us at least 8 beach towels and 16 bath towels. Otherwise it was a great unit. We would definitely stay again.

  We had a great time at the Sundial Resort at Sanibel Island. The condo was great for the 6 people we had with us. The staff at Sanibel Vacations LLC was great! We had a minor problem with the dryer, but they did everything in their power to get it resolved. The location couldn't be better - close to restaurants, shopping, and right on the beach. We'll be back for sure!

  We had a great trip to Sanibel. We've been here a few times but this was our best stay yet. We had great weather and a three bedroom condo made our stay easier with a party of eight. Charlie and Rob, the managers of the unit, made our stay enjoyable. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a small issue with one of the showers but Charlie and Rob took care of everything.

  The accommodations overall were very good and as expected. The complex has very easy access to the beach and a heated pool. Our grandchildren had a lot of fun at both. The only drawback to this particular unit was unreliable internet access, which would work about 50% of the time. Apparently a new system was installed just before we arrived, so hopefully it will be fixed.

  the rental was very neat and clean. there were a few minor issues but they were corrected in a timely mannor. the un it itself could usae just a little TLC and updating furniture in the living room area is old and worn also a ceiling fan over that area would help to keep the unit cool. all other rooms had ceiling fans and they ran perfectly but like i said the area were the tv and couch were was always much warmer then add sitting on a leather couch and things got even warmer. there were plenty of pillows sheets towles and chairs for the beach. overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend the unit to anyone and I would use the unit on a return visit very close to the beach and beautiful pools as well unit looked just like the pictures my family was very comfortable there and a short distance to many activities on and off the island.

  We stayed on Sanibel over Easter week. We picked unit O-203 because it was listed as a three bedroom. While I believe the overall size is the same as other 2 bedroom units that have a den that can be closed off, in this unit the den had been converted to an actual bedroom with two beds, built in closet and dresser, and a small sofa. The privacy this arrangement gave our family of 4 adults and a small child was a plus for us. Of course we would have been happier if the furnishings were more up-to-date and beach oriented, but we knew what to expect from the photos we saw online, and the bedroom arrangement sold us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, although if you are planning to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring along an extra slicing knife. One negative, which I'll admit we did not report to management, was that while the unit was clean, the floors did not feel like they had been washed. We soon forgot about this once we had brought in our own little bit of beach sand. Our section of the resort was quiet and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, beach and beautiful grounds.
